When stomach 80% full Stop eating  “Surfeits slay more than swords ”

Stop eating when 80% full . Eating until full will make us tired & lead yo brain fog , causing Procrastination .

Literally meaning - Knowing that you are contented , will bring peace to your heart

If we look at what we don’t have , we will feel dissatisfied or disappointed with our life . But when we look at something which we already have , we can appreciate it more mean ..

Instead of looking at what we don’t have , we can instantly feel happy by looking at what we have now .

13 . Wabi sabi is about celebrating imperfections and living simply. ( find beauty in imperfections and simplicity )

 Kintsugi ( means Golden repair ) is the Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold + lacer ( beauty creating by fixing ) — a metaphor for embracing your flaws and imperfections. So fix the things in the life

Choice or decision dilemma for the brain – Brain face challenges when there are too many options or choices  . Amount of brain power or cognitive power that we spend increases proportionally with the choices . too many choices corrupt our system .

Least resources that can help us in whatever we are doing . eg – least clothes to wear least things to carry

Watching all the desires of mind – if mind asking for te same thing in quantity of more which is not going to serve , if mind is constantly craving for the  things which we already have , making irrational decision when buying things ,

When we preserve our cognitive or brain power we can do much better focus ,  Concentrate Attention Memory

25 min of focused continuous work and then 5 min break ( like walking and breathing ) use it by putting the Timer

  

17 . Ganbatte Kudasai ne = means Please do your best .

Gun but te khu da sai

Ganbatte ne = more friendly

Under any circumtances , always do your best no more no less . Keeping this in mind that best is never be the same it varies from time to time

24 . Hakidashisara is a traditional Japanese method for releasing anger and stress.

Hakidashi  means "to spit out" or "to vent."

Sara means "plate" or "dish."

In a festival at Hiyoshi Shrine in Kiyosu City - people write down their anger or frustrations onto small plates , then physically smash the plates to symbolically and emotionally release their negative feelings.

So writing down feelings of anger and then physically destroying what was written (like tearing or discarding the paper) helps reduce anger levels.

25 . Shinrin-yoku – Means  " forest bathing " or " taking in the forest atmosphere "

It's not about hiking or exercise—it is all about mindfully immersing self in the forest using all five senses:

·         Sight -  Observing the greenery , the way sunlight filters through leaves

·         Sound -  Listening to birds , rustling leaves , running water

·         Smell -  Inhaling the earthy scents of wood and moss

·         Touch - Feeling the textures of bark or soil

·         Taste -  Sometimes even tasting the fresh air or herbal teas made from forest plants

Shinrin-yoku can lower cortisol levels , reduce blood pressure , improve mood , boost immune system function.

 

26. Gambaru – “doing your best.” It’s almost a way of life

 Depending on context, it can mean:

“Do your best!” (encouragement)

“Hang in there!” (support)

“Keep going, don’t give up.”

 

to stick firmly to something and not give up, to persist with effort until the end

 

27. Shoshin - literally means “beginner’s mind.”

 “Sho” () means beginning or first,

and “shin” () means mind or heart

It comes from Zen Buddhism — the idea of approaching things with openness, curiosity, and no preconceptions, even when you’re already experienced.

sakura (cherry), ume (plum), momo (peach), and tori (apricot).

Each blossoms in its own time and way — none trying to copy the others.So in everyday life, Oubaitori means Don’t compare yourself to anyone else.
